The Market Street North development in Llanelli is another key project aimed at revitalising the town centre. The development works commenced in September 2023, with the initial phase involving piling and groundwork. Once completed, Market Street North will provide modern, well-equipped commercial spaces designed to attract a variety of businesses. The residential units above will offer high-quality accommodation, contributing to the creation of a vibrant, mixed-use area that supports both living and working in the town centre.

Terms are negotiable in relation to the lease of the whole however full repairing and insurance leases of circa 5 years would be expected for the individual units

The Celtic Freeport is open for business and will deliver an accelerated pathway for Wales’ net zero economy generating over 16,000 new, green jobs and up to £5.5 billion of new investment.
