The Cross Hands East Strategic Employment Site is a transformation project comprising several development plots situated within one of the County’s most significant employment zones.
The Market Street North development in Llanelli is another key project aimed at revitalising the town centre. Scheduled for completion by December 2025, this development will deliver five ground floor commercial units and ten two-bedroom apartments.
Trecwn, located in North Pembrokeshire, is about 3 miles south of Fishguard. The site, a former Royal Navy Armaments Depot, spans 1000 acres and is accessible via a private road off the A40.
Each plot has access to foul and surface water sewers, electricity and mains water is available at or near the boundary of each plot.
The sites are available separately although consideration can be given to two plots being sold together.
