How are we progressing?
Construction of Pentre Awel is progressing rapidly, with significant milestones already achieved, such as the completion of the steel structure for the first zone of the development. The project emphasises sustainability and local engagement, using materials with high recycled content and employing local subcontractors. This commitment to the community is further demonstrated through initiatives like the school ambassadors scheme, where local students visit the site and contribute ideas to shape the project. Pentre Awel represents a transformative vision for Llanelli, combining economic growth with health and well-being to create a vibrant and sustainable future for the region.
Each plot has access to foul and surface water sewers, electricity and mains water is available at or near the boundary of each plot.
The sites are available separately although consideration can be given to two plots being sold together.
Commercial office space to let. Three storey office accommodation will provide a characterful workspace, designed to a high-quality to meet the needs of 21st Century SMEs in a City economy. The sub-dividable office space will allow businesses to establish a key city centre location, including state of the art technology, large flexible floor plates, a vibrant roof terrace and two rooftop meeting pods with panoramic views over the city centre. The Market Street North development in Llanelli is another key project aimed at revitalising the town centre. Scheduled for completion by December 2025, this development will deliver five ground floor commercial units and ten two-bedroom apartments.
