A sophisticated metering and monitoring system has been embedded into all three buildings, which will record a plethora of data relating to the generation and consumption of all energy on site, and environmental factors which may be impacting energy usage. This data will be utilised by the Joint Venture to provide future learning opportunities for tenants in relation to their use of energy, and to help push the construction industry towards constructing commercial buildings to meet comparable sustainability standards by evidencing and quantifying the benefits.
