Each plot has access to foul and surface water sewers, electricity and mains water is available at or near the boundary of each plot.

The sites are available separately although consideration can be given to two plots being sold together.

The main estate road or avenue is flanked to either side by a landscaped strip with trees along its entire length. Ownership of this frontage landscaping will be passed to the purchasers but access to this area will be reserved for the Council for maintenance. The cost of maintaining this feature will be recharged by a service charge to the plot owners the amount being in accordance with the proportion of land held in relation to the overall area of the estate. The service charge will also include costs incurred by the Council in relation to the management of the shared or common areas.
